Acquired PharmAust Manufacturing, based in Perth, Australia. PharmAust Manufacturing manufactures surgical skin preparations solutions.

Introduced CareGUARD™ Sterilisation Wraps, which  received FDA (USA) Approval.

Launched the Cocoon™ and CareFIT™ N95/P2 Respirators and Surgical Masks. Established a 12,000 m² manufacturing facility in Geelong, with rapid expansion to 24 manufacturing lines within 2–3 years.

Accelerated global growth and received our first export award – Regional Exporter award at the Governor of Victoria Export Awards.

PMDA (Japan) approval of the Cocoon™ Patient Warming Machine (Model CWS4000). Partnered with Nihon Kohden as the distributor, one of the largest medical device manufacturers in Japan.
