COCOON Convective Patient Warming System:

The Cocoon Convective Warming system incorporates the CWS 4000 Convective Warming Machine and the Cocoon Disposable and Reusable Warming Blankets. The aim of this system is to prevent and treat hypothermia in critical ill or compromised patients.

COCOON Convective Patient Warming Blankets Cocoon warming blankets are specially designed to prevent hypothermia and maintain normothermia in your patients. They are designed to be used with the Care Essentials CWS 4000 Convective Patient Warming Machine. In addition, blankets can be used with current competitor convective warming machines. Please refer to information on commingling - Section 7, Operators Manual.

The AM-4 is an electronically powered dry heat warmer that supplies heat to the dedicated L-Fusion disposable warming bag/giving set.

The AM-2S is an electronically powered, dry heat warmer which supplies external heat to the plastic tubing incorporated in intravenous administrative sets. The IV Tube set is placed in the 'S' shaped channel in the aluminum heating plate. The device is available in 4mmØ (diameter 3.1~ 4.0) and 5mm Ø (diameter 4.1 ~ 5.0) models for all tubing sizes
